Financing - Help establish your budget

These are not sub-prime loans. The construction loans are based on the cost to build your home vs. it's value at completion, Your Equity. The loan can be used for your President home, land, labor, site costs, etc.
Simply complete the pre-qualification form (3 - 5 minutes) and email it back to me. I will forward it to our lender network. Once you have been approved and you have a pre-qualification amount (this typically take 2 - 3 business days) from our lender network, you will be able to establish a build budget that fits your needs and your comfort level.
Support and Service
In addition to our 24/7 plan, build and budget e-tools, you will have a support team at President Homes made up of a designer, project coordinator, construction coordinator (available 7 days-a-week while you are building) and myself working with you throughout the planning and construction of your President home. You will also have the expertise and services of local President Homes' suppliers and their showrooms available to you. Collectively we will work with you to get Your Home, Your Way.
