Our PresDesign services give you a quick way to collect your ideas and try out our services, while putting your custom home plan ideas to paper in a professional, well designed way. For just $700 you'll receive a complete home design that includes:

• Fully developed, dimensional floor plan
• Two opportunities to review and modify your ideas
• Elevations and 3D views of key elements of your home
• A standard set of preliminary plans. See example
• A waiver for your drafting and application fees if you build your preliminary plan with President Homes within 1 year

Please note that these plans are not suitable for construction. While you "own" these plans, they will require a substantial cost to be used for construction if you do not build with President Homes.
