You are the general contractor, but a Build Advisor assists you with most day-to-day management, including:

• Setting up the building schedule
• Coordinating the permits and architectural control committee (ACC) approval review & process
• Helping with bid requests and selections
• Siting the house
• Managing & coordinating the building schedule
• Coordinating and receiving key materials deliveries
• Scheduling and managing subcontractors
• Monitoring subcontractor performance
• Managing design alterations
• 18-point e-inspection servicing
• Resolving building issues
• Managing punch list origination and resolution
• Surveying vendors, lenders and subcontractors
